Hi All,
I am new to nootropics, and need advice.
I took the pramiracetam recently but to no aid.
i started taking the 250mg capusules, twice a day and i didnt feel anything.
I then took these with Alpha GPC, and Cod liver Oil, and again nothing. there was no motivation whatsoever, nor did i do any work which I could normally do.
I then increased the dose to 400mg, along with 300mg of Alpha GPC, but again nothing.
However, as soon and I mean as soon as I took any dose of pram, i felt extremely tired. I then stopped taking the Alpha GPC and i did not feel tired, however, after couple of days of taking just the Pram at 400mg, I got a massive headache, this headache was soo severe that I did not sleep for two days.
I have now finished my Pram tablets and do not know if I should take something else. Currently, I have in my possession Adrafinil, Phenylpiracetam, Noopept and Sulbuitiamine. However, I have not taken any of these, as i am scared that the headaches may persist. May I also add, I have never taken drugs, I don't drink, although I am a coffee and red bull addict lol..
Can someone guide myself on what I should take and how I should take them, the phenly and Adrafinil are both powder, whereas, the rest are capsules. I am looking to achieve motivation and learning capabilities, as I have 11 assignments due soon, and university exams in a few weeks time.
